Consumption of Shilajit & Ashwagandha
Can I consume Shilajit & Ashwagandha both for stamina and also to build strong immune system as I have sinus issue and frequently get cough & cold. If yes, what should be an ideal time to consume both (the right hour of the day and gap between both supplements) and what can be the side effects. The Shilajit that I am consuming are in tablet form, also please note, I also take FishOil as well. I am 42, regular to gym and have heavy travel and personal schedule due to work. Please suggest.

Yes, you can take Shilajit (morning, empty stomach) and Ashwagandha (night, before bed) for stamina and immunity. Maintain a 6-8 hour gap between them. Shilajit: Boosts energy, but excess may cause heat or acidity. Ashwagandha: Reduces stress, aids recovery; high doses may cause drowsiness. Fish Oil: Take after lunch for heart & joint health. For sinus relief, try turmeric milk, steam inhalation, and Tulsi-ginger tea. 🚀
