I am taking punarnivarisht and kumariasava can i take triphala churna along with it for constipation as my stomach doest gets clean i feel constipated or are any side effects of taking triphala churna along with them

My son is 3 years 5 months old. He always suffering from cold cough. He is taking montair 4mg daily for his allergy and budecord and asthalin inhaler when cold cough there. Is any natural remedy there to get rid out of this?
