किया मै अश्वगंधारिष्ट के साथ melatonin capsule aur divya medha vati कैप्सूल ले सकता हूं इससे कोई नुक्सान तो नहीं होगा

Can we take kutjaghan vati and kumariasava together as i eat a lot but it doesnt digest and  other gastric issues like pet ful jata hai khane ke bad had to go to toilet after eating and some times constipation can this problem be solved with this medicine or i cant take these medicine togethet lr these two r having side effects

For last 1 year I have problem in left eye and I am also high BP patient... My left eye vision is weak. I went to allopathy eye specialist(Aiims) . He advised me for OCT and after check up he Diagnosed it as BRANCH RETINAL VEIN OCCLUSION(BRVO) . He said taking injection in eye is the only treatment for this problem. I Feb 20, I have already taken 1 time injection in left eye and he also Said there is no suriety that after taking injection eye problem and vision will be cured permanently. I also meet some other eye specialist but all doctors have given same suggestion. Pls suggest me that in Ayurveda there is effective treatment for my problem or not?

Hi sir/madam, I am suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder from last 6 years and currently on allopathic medication venlafaxine 150+ Escitalopram 10 every night. Doctor diagnosed that there is a inbalance / shortage of 'Serotonin' neurotransmitters in my brain causing obsessive thought. Kindly advise some aayurvedic remedy for the same which will enhance the 'Serotonin' level. Regards Sushant

Hi, My digestion has become very poor and dats why I am into light veg diet with less oil and masala. Because of my poor digestion I sometimes face problem for Gas and acidity. I take lukewarm water through out d dat and take small food in 3-4 hrs gap and walk for 2.5 hrs/daily. My other Please suggest good ayurvedic medicine and dosage  to improve my poor digestion . I have mild fatty liver and for dat I take 1 tab Liv52DS one hour before Lunch. Please suggest medicines which are available in Patanjali so dat i can easily collect. Also please mention when to take Medicines like before/after food or empty stomach. I am mostly"Capha character". Please help me with proper Patanjali Medicines and dosage . BP sugar and cholesterol , Thyroid al r in normal range.

I fell down and I have minor swelling of my 2 leg fingers. I was prescribed Enzoflam 1-0-1 x 5 days but a relative told me 1000 mg Ashwagandha and turmeric and sugar milk day and night will be equally beneficial to reduce swelling. Even I prefer Ayurvedic. Please guide. Thanks.

My mother has hypertension. My mom took 2 tablets of divya mukta vati once (before an hour of dinner) and it leads to hypotension. Please tell me the correct way of taking divya mukta vati. Is it beneficial in hypertension or should we switch to some other medicines?

My hair more  lossing daily. My hair dandruff present more medicines, oils are used. Im using neela bhringadi oil 2yrs. But no effect. Im using himalaya shampoo. No effect.
