Hello doctor, Feeling discomfort feel like something is stuck in right bronchular and it makes pooping sound when I stretch my shoulder. Please advice which doctor to consult. I do regular yoga and do morning walk also. Sometime earlier I have problem of fatty liver and cholesterol also

I have hypothyroidism and on eltroxin 100mg for last 16yrs. Ht. 5.6 inch, wt. 74kg. From last more than 2mths continue nasal congestion and white mucus coming out. No other symptoms. But now irritated with conti blowing nose and white mucus coming out. What is the issue. I had taken some allergy related tablets for some days but no permanent relief. My colleague has advised Anu tailam for this issue. Let me know is it safe and will it give me relief and how to use
