Mild Head ache
I am 24 yrs old, i am doing headstand pose for 3 yrs for 5 to 7min daily, now a days i extended my time of doing headstand till 9-10min, also today i am experiencing a mild headache what could be the reason, pls suggest.

Hello Ma'am,Now stop that position and do Suryanamaskar, Sarvangasana etc Reason of your headache is excessive pressure on head

It is better to sustain within 5 minutes. Kindly do other asnas too like suryanamskar etc. Sirsana is the king of asnas and hence the regime for yoga must be strictly followed such as brahmachayra, veg food intake and adequate water. Even if the time is decreased and the headache persist kindly consult with me online

Extended duration of head stand might be the reason of headache.... Decrease your time even after that it remains then get check your eye sight too. Stress may be the other reason so take proper rest and sound sleep.

Reason can be extra weight on head. If it started after increasing your headstand time , than better you decrease your time period again.
