I am asking many time if i am taking arogyavardhani vati for chronic indigestion. I have done all test lft,kft, tsh, rbs, endoscopy, usg. If i have all this due to liver disorder. Should i take liverex or liv 52ds syrup with arogyavardhani vati. Is it necessary to take any  one liver syrup with arogyavardhani vati or not.

From last three weeks I am suffering from acidity. I am taking proper medicines and doing exercises and Yoga regularly. I am not eating Citrus food except tomatoes. Everything was going well but yesterday i ate mangoes and caramel pudding(very small piece) and in evening i vomit(very small vomit) sour water 3-4 times. Today before sleep i had foam vomit. Please tell me what should i totally avoid eating or what mistakes am i doing? Can i eat mangoes and capsicum? Any ayurvedic tips.
