Hi Sir/Madam Today I am going to USG abdominal as a routine check up. And observation is grade 1 fatty liver.as sonography dr told its shown very minimal fat no cause of concern. Also 2 month back i have check lft And values are:- Total bilirubin:-0.8 Direct bilirubin:-0.3 Indirect bilirubin:-0.5 Total protein :-6.7 Albumin:-3.6 Globulin:-3.1 A/G ration:-1.16 SGOT:-21.2 SGPT:-19.0 Alkaline possphaste:-80.3 And also please find attached sonography report.Is there any problem. My height is 174 and weight is 79. Previously before 3 month i was drink lots and ate outside food daily.but after lockdown i have not take that much of drink only drink once in a week. Also exercise daily 45 min and then walking 10 km daily and play badminton.and taking home made food. Please suggest me some medicine. Thank you.

My mother is having pain in knee joints, she is not able to walk properly now... She have problem in standing up... X-ray shows all ok, just swelling... but due to her age her knee joints are paining a lot... i want ayurvedic treatment as allopathic treatment gives her side effect... Hello Doctor, My mother is suffering from hypertension and under medication (amlodipine 2.5mg twice a day). Her cholesterol levels are high more than 400, her triglyceride level is more than 3000 which is very worrying. She recently had a stomach upset (vomiting for 3 days and had antacids) and have recovered a week before. She also had experienced partial facial paralysis similar to bells palsy. And her eyes had binocular vision and now recovering. So I am clueless what is causing all this. She had her food habits controlled recently and been eating rice ragi and wheat. Previously she used to have fried foods moderately. Can you please help find the root cause. I have performed MRI, ECHO and antibodies test in blood and nothing was alarming except her blood cholesterol. Can you please suggest what could be the cause and i don't want to make her have allopathic medicines for the rest of her life. Also let me know in case if you want to know further about her medical history & lifestyle

From last few weeks i am suffering from acidity. From last two days i felt little (easily bearable) pain/Jalan below lungs (in centre) or in the place shown in the picture given below. It only happened after drinking cold milk. It remained for 15 minutes. I always add grinded fox seeds, almonds, elaichi, magaz and chia seeds in milk. Should i stop adding all these things or should i stop drinking milk for few days? Or what should i take for calcium as a substitute of milk?
