My ear is ringing since last 20 days. As i consulted ent he dignose ..there is nothing issue in inner ear. I took alopathic treatment for 5 days but still it ringing in ear.plz suggest ayurvedic treatment

From 2/ 3 days I never had such pain Before I use to do yoga For 1/2 hour daily from 8 days I have not done I don't know whether not Doing yoga is reason for This
