Restlessness in legs syndrome
I'm suffering from RESTLESS IN LEGS SYNDROME, especially  in Night times consequently to much problem to sleep. Apart from this, I'm completely Healthy. No Diabetes or BP. Pls suggest me an ayurvedic medicine for this problem. Regards

Restless in leg is due to aggravated Vata. You need to hydrate yourself. Warm drinks like soup n hot milk will help.  Take Tab ashwgandha with milk before sleep .massage your feet with ayurvedic oil.
