Hi, I was suggested to take below mentioned Medicines for Acidity, poor digestion and gas problem. Plz suggest me how to take and when and how many times in a day. I have gone through Angiogram which mentioned - "Minor CAD + Muscle Bridge at Mid LAD" My blood pressure, sugar cholesterol and thyroid is normal. Height - 176 cm Weight - 87 kgs. Can I take below mentioned Medicines ? Plz suggest me how to take dis Medicines and how many times in a day with before or after food/empty stomach ? I am mostly "Capha" character. And how long should I take dis ? 1)  Avipattikar churn - 100 gm, 2)kamdudha ras- 10gm, 3)mukta shukti bhasm-10 gm. 2) Udramrit vati - 40 gm.

Hello, I'm suffering from my body fat. How Will I reduce it? Sometimes it's horrible to see a tammy face and fat on chest and body... I want to loose it as possible.

Actually i was having high cholesterol so i was taking allopathy medicine for it but after some time i stopped it as it didn't suit me, so now iam not sure if my cholesterol is high or not and iam not interested to getting it tested right now coz i fear to go out so i need a ayurvedic medicine for high cholesterol which has no side effects, and if my cholesterol is not high still if i take it, it should not harm.

How to increase immunity and stamina and what medicines or herbs can I take. Huge work pressure and stress.

I have heard that arogyavardhani vati best supplement for indigestion due to any part like liver,  gallbladder, spleen and skin better than liver52 ds which is only for liver not other part.

Can I take himalaya ashwagandha general wellness with antidepressants (opiprol-50 & sarotena-50). I have bp also(less than 140/90) does it help with that too!? Thank you in advance🙂
