Actually i was having high cholesterol so i was taking allopathy medicine for it but after some time i stopped it as it didn't suit me, so now iam not sure if my cholesterol is high or not and iam not interested to getting it tested right now coz i fear to go out so i need a ayurvedic medicine for high cholesterol which has no side effects, and if my cholesterol is not high still if i take it, it should not harm.

Given your age knowing youe weight,or to be more specific your BMI would be useful. Secondly in given circumstances you can try home remedies like soaking garlic pods in buttermilk overnight and eating them on the morning with warm water. You may take Arogyavardhini Vati 2 tab twice a day with Luke warm water. About oily and junk food.

So better u plan ur diet. Eat plenty of vegetables,greengram sprouts, fruits everyday. Avoid fastfoods,bakeryfoods,spicy oily foods,nonveg. Walk exercise and yoga for an hour everyday. Substitute millets for rice. Drink enough water,buttermilk everyday. Use gingely in ur diet.

Only by assuming  ur cholesterol  is on higher side u cannot take medicine  u have to check blood for lipid profile Check ur bmi Correcting ur life style is the key to ur problem.
