The skin around my nails in the fingers, particularly the first finger and thumbs in the hands and the heels too gets this every few weeks. I apply vaseline and Halox ointment per the consultation from a renowned doctor in Bangalore. I have heard that Ayurveda has remedy for Psoriasis while Allopathy does not. Can someone please help me understand if this is true? If so please prescribe the right medication/treatment in Ayurveda. Thanks in advance
