I am 6ft with 89 kg weight. I have sitting job and i can't do heavy excercise as i get exhausted after that for whole day.. my queries are : In these times of pandemic, what all should i do in my daily habits of lifestyle and diet so that my body will come to it's natural or ideal weight.... please suggest daily routine and habits.

I am having mild slipped disc in l4 l5 and in neck. This is leading to pain and stiffness in the entire back region. After delievery of my baby which was around 3 years ago, I am still experiencing knee pain and cannot bend my knees easily because of stiffness. Please suggest what ayurveda supplements should I take for these problems?

My ayurvedic doctor told me to take giloy and tulsi... I am having some stomach issues like bloating and tightness And have some skin disorders also... So he said that my immunity is low.. so these two will surely help... He told me to mix shakar with it because he said you have pitt dosh... Can i take giloy and tulsi with shakar Please help me

Hi,I have problem of irregular delayed periods.I am taking ayurvedic treatment from past 1.5 months and as per dr I was taking Himalaya evecare syrup with Rajahpravartini Vati tablets.My last LMP was on 05.05.2020 and that also came 18 days late and this month still not got my period.Dr recently changed my medicine From Evecare to M2 tone tablet.Will it be helpful?I am tensed.peeviously treated with allopathic but it didn't work as pills can regularise only 2-3 months then again same problem.Will M2 tone is sufficient or M2 tone with Rajahpravartini Vati? please suggest.
