I am been troubled by worm problem since a month. They are thin transparent worms which can be seen on the inner wear,they are not pinworms they look like threads but less then an mm thick.I Have tried albendazole, bandy plus and mebex ,I have had castor oil, coconut, carrot and sunflower seeds , everything and yet I feel and see and feel them wriggle. HELP!

There is a strange pain in my knee and bone under it for 4 months, due to which I am not able to sleep properly nowadays. Bachni is very much in the legs while sleeping at night, due to which the legs have to be shaken repeatedly.  Looks and have to do it again. Because of which I am not able to sleep properly and I am very upset.  What is the reason of this problem and please tell us about any home treatment because it is not possible to go to hospital in lockdown.  Please help

I have power of -1.5 vision power.Its nearsightedness or myopia.I have just started wearing specs. I am looking for other alternatives. At the other hand, I am thinking does ayurveda have any permanent solution for that.I am not allergic to anything nor under any medication. I would like to know if ayurveda has a assured permanent solution for that.If so ,could you please suggest me that and I am surely going to follow it.
