How to use ashwagandha for a male around 32, aggressive behaviour,depression, less sleep. Wht is the dosage and which company ashwagandha we can use..can we buy Himalaya or any such brands pills or it's better to purchase powdered form . Wht are the side effects and how many days one should use and whn to discontinue.

From past 20 days I was suffering from pelvic pain and many urinary problems ,doctor prescribed nutribact 100 taken for 10 days but from 2 days very weak,fatigue,loss of appetite but used to take chandraprabha vati, varanadi kashayam,punarnava,bangshil but from 2 days mild pain in liver region even in flesh when pressed so today doctor gave cystorid,neeri tab,shankh vati,ushirasava syrup,did that antibiotic made me so weak and fatigue and do cystitis cause all this.do varanadi cause black stools.

From past 15-20 days I was having uti after test,I was having burning urine,fatigue etc,I actually suffer from gastritis with gerd from more than 6 years,I took nutribact 100 for 10 days for UTI as urine routine had pus cells,RBC and albumin plus plus  and burning is gone but pain while urinating in pelvic region.from 2 days I have dull pain in my upper right region exactly where liver is even during pressed on flesh,I am fasting from few days and was taking ayurvedic tablet as varanadi kashayam,chandraprabha vati,punarnava mandore,sudarshan vati, all tablet.i started taking Shilajit capsules from then onwards I think my liver region dull  pain started.from many days fasting going on and today I broke fast with coconut water and after that in sometime am getting feeling like nausea,no like to eat and all this medication taken from 10 days except Shilajit started yesterday but the pain started after taking Shilajit. I am getting black stools from when I took all this.what next to be don

For how long i can take arjun ki chaal and giloy is there any side effects of taking long term pls advice it has been year i am taking these two
