My mother is 56 years of age and she has thyroid for which she takes thyroxine sodium tablets. I. P 75 MCG. In the morning empty stumuck. Can she consume patanjali' giloy juice after that ? She also has BP and sugar. Kindly advise.

At small-small matter also, I feel anxiety due to which diarrhea starts immediately i.e I have to go for passing stool/laterine. This problem increases very much before appearing for any examination, interview or attending any meeting. During any interview or meeting, I become breathlessness due to which I become unable to speak fluently like a normal person speaks. If possible please prescribe effective herbal medicines without any side effects for getting permanent relief.

Hi, I have a 5 year old son. Last year we shifted from banglore to pune. After few months he got infected from allergy rhinitis confirmed by his pediatrician. We have tried allopathy n homeopathy treatment but his condition not improved.After which i started giving him himalaya bresol after some doctor suggestion  n he s much better now. But still some itching in nose problem during early morning time . So can i give him anu oil nasal drops before going to bed? Is it safe for kids?

Hi, I have a 5 year old son whose immunity is very weak. He frequently gets cold n cough. So can i give him tulsi boiled water to him daily to improve his immunity? I am already giving him haldi milk in night and honey in morning regularly.
