Intermittent fasting
I have an acidity problem. I also have a minor hypothyroid Should I do 16hrs intermittent fasting every day? I want to stay productive. I don't want to lose more weight just to maintain it. My ht is 5'4 and wt. is 57.

Your BMI(Body mass index ) is normal, it's 21.6 kg/m2. So you are not over weight, healthy weight for you can range between 48 to 66 kg. So your goal seems right, to maintain and not to loose weight. I guess if with your current life style you are able to stay within the normal BMI range, you should continue with the same and any sort of fasting is not advisable as per me. Secondly, even then to maintain your weight and to even lose few pound you need to make healthy choices, rather than fasting and do exercise. A 150 min of cardio exercises(walking) weekly or 30 min of cardio exercises for 5 days a week is good to maintain good cardiac health. This problem is due to anxiety and indigestion.

Common treatment remedies not useful. Avoiding root causes or correction in diet habits and pinpoint medicine remedies gives permanent relief without recurrence. Taking antacids ayurvediy or allopathy is not permenant answer for acidity problem.
