Since 1 year I am thyroid problem recently 30 may I check my thyroid report it is normal... but last 4 and 5days my mind have displaced little bit... what can I do..??? one more thing I will say that.. 2019 I have a mind related problem.. I do (m.r.i) but have nothing on it... and eat tablets I am fine but recetly little bit(minor) problem occurs on mind.. both report and prescription I upload.. can I sought out by this problem with home remedies.. I do yoga regularly.. meditation.. but this problem aries

My family taking kadha made of ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, tulsi, honey, kismis, ajwain, black pepper, pudina. Can we take it daily once. Or there should be only specific time duration?

I am high BP patient and under allopathy treatment for many years  and also taking some anti allergies tablets for cold and flu suggested  by physician. I want to use Arjun bark after boiling . (1)Can I take Arjun bark for treatment of BP and continuing my allopathy medicine same time? (2) taking Arjun bark after boiling and consuming it empaty stomach can cause any problem like Gas, bloating or weekness in body? (3) Consuming Arjun bark can increase my cold and cough if taken regularly? Pls help Pls suggest

As per my friend's suggestion, i am using Liv52DS since last 1 month OD at night. Also on internet research I found ASVAGANDHA..as an anxiety and stress reliever. So I am takig this as well at night once daily. Also feels better without any side effects. I am a patient with high cholesterol and the triglycerides level is more and due to that I am feeling heavyness in my heart and at night while sleeping the heart pain is there.I consulted a Cardiologist and he suggested there is no heart related issue..He gave me medicine for Cholesterol and I am taking thie Rojavel 5mg since last 1 year, but there is no good results. Please suggest any Ayurvedic medicine for making my heart healthy and can lower the cholesterol level. Also need to know whether I can continue taking LIV52DS and Ashwagandha or any changes in dosage.
