I consume green tea+ apple cider vinegar+ 2 drops of cinnamon extract. 2 times a day. For weight loss. , To prevent diabetes. and to maintain good health. Is it safe and effective. Or does it have any side effect.

Hello mam, very nice question. If you are suffering from diabetes and weight gain issue then instead of vinegar you can use 1 gm of triphala churna+ 1 gm of  methi (fenugreek seeds) +1 gm of sunthi ( dried ginger powder  ) +1 gm  cinnamon powder it will give you more benefits. dont eat fermented and bakery products. use luke warm water for drinking. also you can take natural pure honey 2-3gm with 1 glass luke warm water in early morning with empty stomach.

Well any remedy for long term use might affect your body unexpectedly. Unless and until you are getting results you can take it. But it also depends on your body constitution, exercise and other routine thing. Do continue with current green tea and apple cider vinegar and cinnamon extract. But explore other weight loss approaches if you are serious about loosing weight. A structured diet,exercise and medication plan can be effective in long run.
