I consume green tea+ apple cider vinegar+ 2 drops of cinnamon extract. 2 times a day. For weight loss. , To prevent diabetes. and to maintain good health. Is it safe and effective. Or does it have any side effect.

Hello mam, very nice question.
If you are suffering from diabetes and weight gain issue then instead of vinegar you can use 1 gm of triphala churna+ 1 gm of methi (fenugreek seeds) +1 gm of sunthi ( dried ginger powder ) +1 gm cinnamon powder it will give you more benefits.
