From 2 years suffering from piles...I get relief from arshopy tablet..but again re occurred...plz suggest me some good tablet...it's pains a lot...

Is it to okay to take Giloy, Ashwagandha, Tulsi, Amla tablet daily as Immunity boosting. Do we need to follow any sequence or any patterns of take medicines. Are these medicines to be taken empty stomach.

I don't get sleep at night even after trying hard to keep myself away from phone and tv. If try to sleep, it almost takes 3-4 hours to go to a deep sleep.

There's vitamin D and B12 deficiency in my body and also m not able to gain weight. I had homeopathy treatment but to no avail. My hair is also turning grey. Please recommend me some good Ayurveda medicine and I also suffer from cold whenever there's a change in room temperature.

I have upper abdomen heavyness after night meal. I have only some help after using arogyavardhani vati 2-2tab after meal. At night dulcoflex  tablet. Can i take liverex syrup with or will it help with arogyavardhani vati. Will it help or kumaryasav will help. I have shown many allopathy doctor not help. I have done endoscopy empty stomach  no gas shown.
