Most likely you are suffering from anal fissure. Anal fissure can be conveniently treated without surgery by graded kshar karma treatment. In this treatment; graded kshar - a specialized ayurvedic medicine is applied in fissure region. This medicine debrides teh fissure and induces healing. Usually 3-5 graded kshar karma sittings are required for complete healing of fissure at weekly intervals. This is an opd procedure and no hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. Now you should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) followed by application of some soothing ointment or coconut oil in anal region. For easy evacuation of bowel; you should take some stool softening medicine like haritaki powder etc. For further support you may contact sushruta ano rectal institute.

Piles is largely a lifestyle ailment. Incomplete bowel evacuation, less water intake, stress, holding your urges to evacuate and inappropriate diet causes it. You should firstly increase your water intake. Atleast half a glass extra every 1hour. Apply coconut oil or sesame oil (til tel)  around your anal opening. Make sure bowel gets cleared up , have stool softener for this and get proper sleep
Next Steps
mix tripalla and isabgol and have 1spoon at night for atleast 3 days , then reduce it to half.
Health Tips
avoid spicy food, eat a little more ghee inyour diet. you can contact me for a proper treatment so that recurrence can be stopped.
