I have an acidity problem. I also have a minor hypothyroid Should I do 16hrs intermittent fasting every day? I want to stay productive. I don't want to lose more weight just to maintain it. My ht is 5'4 and wt. is 57.

I am suffering from stomach ulcers (IBD disease). My symptoms are feel nauseous, constipation, occasional dizziness, stomach gas, feeling of weakness and blood in stool. In my stool found OVA bacteria present. My doctor give advice to me take pre probiotic capsule and constipation syrup for stomach ulcers. After taking pre probiotics capsule, now I am little well. Can I start any ayurvedic and homeopathy medicine for stomach ulcers with pre probiotics capsule. Please suggest me home remedy and ayurvedic and homeopathy medicine with pre probiotics capsule.

1)I feel I got easily affected during weather changes 2)If i eat/ drink any cold drink,icecream then also my throat get affected. 3)Many times observed my stomach have loose motion or may have atleast 3-4 times stool in a day. 4)Sometime I face UTI . So I decided to take Giloy +Tulsi+ Amla+ alovera juice. I want to know will it hepful for me to overcome these disease. What is best time and amount to consume this.

Diabetic patient age 53, can use sri sri tattva neem cap, or amlapitari vati, tattava immugen,triphala ?? What will be the dosage ? How to take it?? If diabetic patient is currently using medicine  diabetic will be it any problem to take those medicine?

I'm 32 male, the problem is I'm facing hairloss since few years to which I have receding hairline and thin hairs on crown which looks like no hair. I thought its a kind of alopecia but someone said it's not alopecia, its just hair fall. I'm worried as I'm planning for modeling and need to be treated at the earliest. Please help

I have some cavity filled teeth. These were filled long back. Now they have chewing pain. Not able to eat anything. Doctor is suggesting RCT in all these teeth. Is there any Ayurvedic treatment to get rid of problem.. I don't want to go for RCT in these teeth.. please help.. I trust in Ayurveda so much..

I am 23years old I have squint from past 8years I don't how it came to me I went for squint surgery but there is no result in my eyes I am very sad after the surgery so is their any chance to reduce my squint other than surgery 😣

My mother always suffers from vayu during cold weather. She gets the hip pain while sleeping and not able to get up . It becomes very difficult. After gastric tablet, pain killer and gel for 3 to 4 days she becomes comfortable . She is very healthy,  and active . Her weight is also normal. Kindly suggest good remedy for this pain.
