I'm using dabur stresscom ashwaganda for the past one month as it relieves me from anxiety and keeps in good mood. Shal I use it for a long term. Does it have any major side effects??.

I have done all allopathy usg, endoscopy, lft, kft, tsh etc. test and taken unienzyme tablet 2bid, and sorbiline 2tsp after meal. And all syrup of constipation but in morning not motion only little watery stool come. And whole body weakness and pain. Kindly suggest best liver syrup for indigestion. I am suffering from stomach ulcers IBD disease.
