Yes you can take but instead of taking all this tablet seperately if you are interested i will suggest you some other home remedies and medicines which help you for proper immunity and health .

As you are already taking amla, aloe vera and giloy in the morning taking tulsi and ashwagandha is not required. Unless you feel week or low on immunity.
Next Steps
Taking any of the above in small quantity is good. Even any single ingredient can be used.
eg. Amla juice or fruit. (it is the best for Vit. C)
Aloevera with water (helps detox)
