Thyroid test
Hi doctor, do I have thyroid (please find the attachment). If yes, can I heal with diet. Past 5 days I am suffering from thyroid gland pain associated with back neck pain. What can I do to heal pain. Does Ashwaganda powder heal the thyroid symptoms. Thank you for your guidance.

Take any ayurvediy medicine after proper ayurvediy way diagnosis only. Correct your diet and lifestyle also according ayurvediy way. Tsh is increased slightly than normal.

Hellow mam dont worry you have borderline hyperthyroidism. You can take tablet aarogya vardhini vati 2 tablet before meal. And tablet kanchnar guggula 2 tablet after meal with luke warm water for 7 days. You can take ashwagandha but i suggest to take decoction of 1gm  tinospora cordifolia + 1gm gooseberry+1 gm tribulus terrestris in early morning with empty stomach and then  Give follow up after 7 days

avoid sour, sweet, salty and cold foods. avoid day sleep, do some warm up excercise or yogas in morning. drink only luke warm water.

Hi Mam Just starting . Nothing to worry. Please avoid cabbage, cauliflower etc. Better to start with Kanchanar guggulu 2-0-2 after food. Aswaganda is good to boost your energy level.

No, Ashwagandha can improve ur immunity.. U take kanchanar guggulu two tab twice a day for 15 days. Maharaasnaadi kada three tsf twice a day in empty stomach.for 15 days. Manasamitravataka one tab three times a day.for 15 days. Call after 15 days,thru practo.

Yes.. you have border line hypothyroidism.. You need not take any  hormone treatment for this. Ayurvedic treatment along with few yoga  postures will help you to cure this. But need more information about your symptoms to prescribe the medicine. Ashwagandha may not help  much in thyroid problem
