I brought this 200gm bottle in September 2019 and had opened it and used almost 5-6 tsps, after that i did not use it. Now it has a whitesh formation on top Can I still use it or throw it away? Picture attached. Pls reply

Hello Dr, My name is Allan Gomes from vasai. My piles operation was done in 2010. From last to 5 to 6 Days it has started paining a lot near the area of motion. It doesn't seem like piles. I am unable to sit at one place for more than half n hour. Even while sitting for motion it pains a lot. It isn't bleeding. While doing motion I have to put lot of pressure Dr, Can you confirm what exactly it is? Can you kindly suggest any medicine Or what precautions should I take i.e what to eat or what should avoid?
