I am starting to take this giloy tablet but not sure this should be swallowed ior chewed
Some people say ayurvedic medicine should be chewed .
Same question is for ashwagandha tablet as well. And can we eat both these tablets together.

My mother an ayurveda believer says the treatment for all illness is possible in ayurvedic medicines. Myself male 21 have developed minor warts in my genital areas which is not painful but yes it is producing lot of itchiness over it.
