Avoid White Sugar, white rice, white flour (maida) as they are friends with bad fat in our body including triglycerides Avoid refined oil. Use any unrefined oil in cooking Take Apple cider vinegar(with the mother) 1tbsp mixed with 1 glass of warm water in empty stomach in the morning every day as Apple cider vinegar boosts fat metabolism and is a good liver detox Regular excercise with a combination of cardio and strength training for 30-40mins a day is must Balanced diet with right portion size is critical
Next Steps
You can consult and take Ayurvedic medicines along with these if the triglycerides and cholesterol are too high.
Health Tips
Only medicines don't do any magic without balanced healthy food and regular exercise
