How to take Isabbael H for IBS?
Please suggest how should I take Isabbael H for the treatment of IBS. Should I take it with warm/hot water or with buttermilk? Also, should I take it after food or empty stomach?

U should not take Isabgul to treat IBS.

Take with lukewarm water, 5-10 gm preferably at bed time, dose can be adjusted as per your tolerance.
But you can take buttermilk more in your diet with jeera powder, that will also help you.

U can take with Triphala jal or only lukewarm water at bed time (after 2 hours of dinner)
