I have upper abdomen heavyness after night meal. I have only some help after using arogyavardhani vati 2-2tab after meal. At night dulcoflex tablet. Can i take liverex syrup with or will it help with arogyavardhani vati. Will it help or kumaryasav will help. I have shown many allopathy doctor not help. I have done endoscopy empty stomach no gas shown.

Start with boiled water twice after meal.
Take small meals, avoid spices.
May start with Abhoyarista 5 tsf twice after meal with normal water.
Avoid maida.

U take barley kanji twice a day morning and evening.
Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday.
Walk,exercise,yoga for an hour everyday.
Eat ur food in time.Give a gap of one to two hrs from dinner and sleep.
Drink enough water ,buttermilk.
Eat papaya everyday the best fruit.
If necessary take triphala tab two at night before going to bed with warm water.
