Upper abdomen heavyness and constipation
I have upper abdomen heavyness after night meal. I have only some help after using arogyavardhani vati 2-2tab after meal. At night dulcoflex  tablet. Can i take liverex syrup with or will it help with arogyavardhani vati. Will it help or kumaryasav will help. I have shown many allopathy doctor not help. I have done endoscopy empty stomach  no gas shown.

You can take triphala vati 2tab twice a day with Luke warm water daily It will improve your digestion and heaviness abdomen Further management u can consult me online......

what is your weight?take light meal 2hr. before sleeping,after meal do vajrasana,don't take too much medicine consult propely

The medications u r taking are not supposed to give u the cure. Start with boiled water twice after meal. Take small meals, avoid spices. May start with Abhoyarista 5 tsf twice after meal with normal water. Avoid maida. May seek direct consultation.

U take barley kanji twice a day morning and evening. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday. Walk,exercise,yoga for an hour everyday. Eat ur food in time.Give a gap of one to two hrs from dinner and sleep. Drink enough water ,buttermilk. Eat papaya everyday the best fruit. If necessary take triphala tab two at night before going to bed with warm water.
