It's 5 mm urinary calculus into the inner pole of kidney, basically this should not create much more critical issues and should passout through urine but for exact line of treatment need some more details, even though if you are not having any serious medical problems you can start Tablet Cyston DS thrice a day with plenty of water and lemon juice coconut water etc. If feeling better continue with this for at least 5 days and keep follow up.
