Stop Abhayarishta and chitrakadi vati, that you are taking currently. It will create gastritis (acidity in stomach). Take Amla and buttermilk mixed with shunti in your diet. You can continue with kumari asav but have it after your dinner. For good food digestion have hingwastak churna, make it like a paste and have it 30-45 mins before your meal. For constipation you can try AK pills. You can continue with livered syrup.
Next Steps
If you do not get proper stools please consult me again. Also would like to know more about your liver problems. Please send across your reports of possible
Health Tips
Have Amla atleast thrice in the week. Have buttermilk daily with meals. remember Buttermilk should be prepared by churning the curd well and taking out the butter. don't just mix water in curd and have. avoid curds
