You can take banana once in while for better bowel movements but,it should not be done regularly. It can affect digestion if you use daily.instead you can use castor oil half spoon to 1 spoon at bed time whenever necessary again not every day. If you feel that every day you need some extra help for passing stools then better consult in detail for exact reason for this and apropriate treatment
