Pain in stomach after eating
I have pain , gas, burning in stomach after eating it lasts for 3-5 hours and sometimes it remain all night. The pain is very bad. Doctor gave me some antacid, pain reliever for 7 days but it's not working ..doctor said it could be gastritis. What should I do now ? Please help I am mostly sitting and working all day on laptop ..sometimes I m not active in workout nowadays as well .. please help

Avoid wheat , coffee, spicy food & oily items in your diet. Have warm water. Have timely food. Don’t over load the stomach. After digestion of first food go for next one.Better for few days be with rice Ganji.. Internally take Sutashekhara rasa & Agnitundi vati thrice daily after food and Bhunimbadi khada 20ml twice daily before food with equal quantity of water
