Probable Diagnosis: ✅ Gastritis / Acid Reflux (Pitta Aggravation) – Burning, gas, pain after eating, worse at night. ✅ Hyperacidity (Amlapitta) – Due to spicy food, stress, or irregular meals. ✅ Possible H. Pylori Infection – If long-term symptoms persist. Ayurvedic Treatment for Relief: 1. Internal Medicines (For Healing & Acid Balance): ✅ Avipattikar Churna – ½ tsp before meals, neutralizes acid. ✅ Shankh Bhasma (125 mg with honey twice daily) – Reduces gas & bloating. ✅ Kamadudha Ras – 1 tablet twice daily, soothes the stomach lining. ✅ Amla Juice + Mulethi Churna – Heals gastric mucosa, take in the morning. 2. Lifestyle & Dietary Modifications: 🚫 Avoid: Spicy, fried, fermented foods, tea/coffee, alcohol. ✅ Eat: Warm, easily digestible food, buttermilk, ghee, coconut water. ✅ Drink Cumin-Fennel Tea – Relieves bloating & acidity. ✅ Small frequent meals – Prevents acid buildup. Next Steps: 🔹 If pain persists, get an H. Pylori test & endoscopy. 🔹 Follow Ayurvedic treatment for 4-6 weeks for long-term healing. ✅ Ayurveda offers a permanent solution for acidity & gastritis without side effects.
