Your symptoms suggest gastritis, acid reflux, or IBS, possibly even stomach ulcers. Burning sensation, bloating, and breathing issues after meals indicate excessive stomach acid or gut imbalance. Possible Causes: Gastritis / Ulcer – If burning worsens on an empty stomach. IBS / Indigestion – If bloating & irregular bowels are common. Acid Reflux – If symptoms worsen after spicy, oily foods. Ayurvedic Remedies: Triphala / Avipattikar Churna – Supports digestion. Aloe Vera Juice – Soothes ulcers. Licorice (Yashtimadhu) – Reduces acid. Warm Jeera Water – Relieves bloating. Avoid Tea, Coffee, Spicy Food – Follow a Satvik diet. Would you like specific herbal medicines for long-term relief?
