Hello, 1.Doing your prakruti parikshan and suggesting plan for treatment will be very much important for your condition to improve. 2.Your symptoms point towards Dushti of Rasa dhatu along with Apana Vayu dushti (Apan Vayu is the vata type which is responsible for down ward mobility of body parts, elimination of waste metabolized products as well.) You do have Pachak pitta dushti as well due to which you are facing belching. 3. Aam pachan along with Dipan of Jatharagni will reduce your symptoms to a greater extent. 4.Trifala churna works wonders on Constipation when consumed with warm water.

Thank you for explaining your symptoms in detail. Based on what you're experiencing — persistent belching, constipation, gas, poor appetite, and now upper back pain and breathing stress — this points to a chronic Agnimandya (low digestive fire) with Vata-Kapha imbalance, possibly evolving into Aamaj disorders (toxins from undigested food affecting channels). Yes, Ayurveda can treat this condition, but it requires a systematic, root-level approach — not just gas tablets. 🌿 Ayurvedic Understanding of Your Condition Your symptoms are due to: Mandagni (weak digestion) Aam formation (toxic byproducts of poor digestion) Vata blocking Apana vayu → constipation Vata pushing upward (Urdhva Gati) → belching, chest discomfort Possibly Grahani dosha (chronic digestive tract disorder) If untreated, it may start affecting pranavaha srotas (breath & chest channels), which you're now noticing as back pain & breath stress. ✅ 3-Phase Ayurvedic Treatment Plan 🌀 Phase 1: Clear Aam + Reset Digestion (First 2–3 weeks) consult us for medicines. Warm lemon + ginger water in morning Avoid cold water, raw salads, curd at night, milk, and sugar Phase 2: Strengthen Gut, Fix Bowel (Week 3 onward) consult us for medicines. 🌞 Diet & Lifestyle (Daily Musts) Do Avoid Eat light, warm, spiced meals Cold foods, milk, fried, sweets Small meals every 4 hrs Skipping meals or overeating Walk 10 mins after meals Lying down right after eating Drink cumin/fennel/ajwain water Tea/coffee, soda, heavy pulses 🧘 Yoga & Pranayama Practice Why Vajrasana after meals Aids digestion Pawanmuktasana Relieves gas & constipation Anulom Vilom + Bhramari Reduces Vata + stress Dhanurasana / Bhujangasana Strengthens back & improves appetite When to Seek Panchakarma If symptoms persist despite following this plan for 4–6 weeks: Do Virechana (purgation) Or Basti treatment (enema therapy) for Vata clearing This gives deep and long-term healing. If you'd like, I can give you: A 3-week daily plan (PDF) A diet chart with meal timings Guidance for Panchakarma center if needed You're not alone in this — and yes, Ayurveda can fully treat this if you stay consistent. Let me know how you wish to proceed 🙏

Your symptoms suggest a chronic Agni (digestive fire) imbalance and Vata-Kapha aggravation, common in conditions like Adhmana and Anaha in Ayurveda. When routine tests are normal but discomfort persists, Ayurveda focuses on resetting digestion, reducing Ama (toxins), and regulating bowel movements. You may benefit from a personalized Ayurvedic plan that includes: Mild Deepana–Pachana herbs (like Hingwashtak churna, Avipattikar churna) Mridu virechana (gentle cleansing) Diet and lifestyle changes to restore gut health Possibly therapies like Abhyanga + Basti Yes, Ayurveda can help — but needs tailored treatment under supervision. Kindly consult an Ayurvedic doctor in person for proper assessment and lasting relief.
