Sour stomach
I hav history of chronic bloating, the moment I eat something my stomach distends..... and my bowels clear only  70 to 80%, now on that if I eat any sour food my stomach burns....... I eat on time, I drink water properly, i sleep well, I dont eat junk n limit my spicy foods still the problem persists....... Plz help...

It great that you honouring simple regime to be fit but sometimes needed to evaluated in personal examination and assessment so till u consult have ginger 2gm+1gm saindhav Salt 10 min prior food and black pepper mixed Warm Buttermilk after food for 7days
