Stomach bloating n constipation
After having my food or some times before having food, my stomach is bloated up and stomach becomes hard and I get constipation. To get permanent treatment and relief in any Auyverdic, can u give some medicine names.

Tab Gasex 2 tab twice daily + Syrup Gasex 2 teaspoon twice daily for current relief. But you will need to consult An Ayurvedic doctor for further consultation to check your agni, pachan. Water (liquid) intake 3 litres per day and 30 minutes brisk walk daily.
