If I eat green leafy vegetables it comes as it is in stool even I have iron defeciency also wat does it mean how to correct Im taking hinguvachadi gulika two Times after food but still no improvement

For proper digestion you follow simple things.
1: Do fix your meal time.
2: Take vegetables and fruits
3: Drink plenty of water. Try to take a glass warm water in the morning.
4: You have iron deficiency. For that, you take more fruits, dry fruits, vegetables. Take Jaggery and Peanuts Laddo.
5: Take citrus fruits, like lemon, orange etc. Which helps in iron absorption.
6: Daily 20 mins walking or any exercise needed.
7: avoid bakery products, oily, spicy food.
