Eat only when hungry. Let the body detoxify itself. You need to improve your digestive fire by appetizers like Pomegranate, use Jeera Hing (asafetida) with your first bite of meals, curd rice, mong dal kichdi will be helpful.

I would advise you to make sure that you're well hydrated (Aim to drink 3-4 liters of water per day). You need to have ORS supplementation. These following steps may help: - Don't skip meals instead have a liquid diet containing soups and juices(coconut water, lime juice, etc) and slowly increase to solid diet based on how the food can be tolerated. - Avoid spicy, oily, deep fried and junk food - Avoid tea, coffee and carbonated drinks. If the condition persists or worsens kindly visit the ER at the earliest.

Follow the steps as advised
