What is the reason behind initial part of stool being dry while rest normal? I eat fibre rich foods and drink 5 litres of water daily but still often face the issue of initial part of stool being dry while rest normal. How can I treat this problem?

Initial part of stool may be dry due to dehydration , oily spicy food or due to lack of physical exercise , to recover from this issue you need to eat fibre containing foods and vegetables despite oily spicy processed foods , practice at least one meals without sugar and wheat flour for few days , you should drink adequate amounts of water before sleep , you should do some physical work before going for defecation , you can also use mild laxatives and and yet if you are suffering with this issue consult any ayurvedic physician near by your location

The initial part of stool being dry while the rest is normal usually happens when the first portion stays longer in the rectum and loses more water. It is not due to lack of water or fibre, but due to bowel motility.
Try to maintain regular toilet habits, avoid delaying the urge, sip warm water in the morning, add a little ghee/oil in diet, and include gentle exercise. If it persists, a mild Ayurvedic support like Triphala at bedtime can help.
Firstly take water when u feel thirsty.
Add cow's ghee in lukewarm water and take it in morning daily. Try dinner should be before 8 pm
