Hello, Thank you for sharing. Recurrent bright red bleeding after stool along with gastric issues indicates that the root cause hasn’t been fully addressed yet. While Arshoghni Vati and Pushyanug Churna can help, they may not be enough on their own — especially if diet, digestion, or bowel habits are not aligned with treatment. To guide you better, I’d need to understand your complete case history, bowel patterns, and lifestyle. I recommend booking a consultation so we can create a targeted Ayurvedic plan for long-term relief. Wishing you good health, Dr. Arisha Ayurveda Consultant

Hello, and thank you for sharing this important issue. Your symptoms — **bright red bleeding after stool**, occurring for 1–2 days and then stopping, repeating every month, along with **gastric issues** — strongly suggest a **recurring anal fissure or hemorrhoid (arsha)** problem, possibly triggered by **constipation or hard stools**. Even though you're taking **Arshoghni Vati** and **Pushyanug Churna**, they may not be fully addressing the root cause — especially if **diet and bowel habits** aren't corrected. --- ## 🔍 Likely Causes: * **Recurring hard stool or straining** → causes tearing or bleeding * **Vata-Pitta imbalance** → dry colon, heat, and inflammation * **Incomplete healing** → temporary relief but not a permanent fix --- ## ✅ Complete Ayurvedic Approach to Stop Bleeding & Prevent Recurrence ### 🔴 1. **Heal the Bleeding** You need a combination of **internal and local treatment** for healing. #### 🔹 Internal Remedies: | Medicine | Dose | Use | | -------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------- | | *Consult us for details* | 1 tablet after lunch & dinner | Shrinks piles, controls bleeding | | * *Consult us for details* * | 1 tablet or 1 tsp twice daily | Astringent, stops bleeding | | * *Consult us for details* | 1 tsp with warm water at night | Mild laxative, reduces acidity & constipation | | * *Consult us for details* | Continue as 3–5g with honey or water after food | Controls bleeding, inflammation | #### 🔹 Local Application: * * *Consult us for details* * – Apply gently on anal area after passing stool and before sleep. * **Sitz bath**: Warm water with a pinch of **triphala or turmeric** – sit for 10 mins after bowel movement. --- ### 🍲 2. **Correct Bowel Movements (Essential)** Bleeding won’t stop if you strain or pass hard stools. #### ✅ Daily Habit Plan: * **1 tsp cow ghee** in warm milk at night – natural laxative * **Soak 5–7 raisins + 1 fig (anjeer)** overnight — eat next morning * **Drink 8–10 glasses of warm water**, especially early morning * Eat **high-fiber diet**: papaya, spinach, bottle gourd, oats, barley * Avoid **spicy, fried, sour, and processed foods** --- ### ⚠️ Avoid: * Sitting long on toilet * Tea/coffee in excess * Constipation, spicy food, alcohol * Excess screen or sitting for long hours --- ### 🌿 Optional Herbal Combination (More Effective If Taken Together): 1. **Arshoghni Vati** – continue 2. * *Consult us for details* ** – for acidity + mild motion 3. * *Consult us for details* * – to stop bleeding 4. * *Consult us for details* * – local healing 5. * *Consult us for details* – 20 ml morning & night --- ### 🧘‍♂️ 3. Yogic Help: Simple yogasanas improve digestion and reduce recurrence: * **Pawanmuktasana** * **Malasana** * **Vajrasana after meals** --- ## ⏳ Timeline for Relief: | Time | Expected Result | | --------- | ----------------------------------------- | | 3–5 days | Bleeding reduces | | 7–10 days | Stool becomes smooth, pain reduces | | 3–4 weeks | Fissure or piles begins to heal | | Monthly | No recurrence if diet and habits followed | --- ## 🔁 If It Still Repeats: You may need **Ksharasutra or Ayurvedic minor procedure** if the pile mass or fissure has become chronic. Ayurvedic surgery is very effective and offers permanent relief. --- Would you like: * 🧾 A personalized herbal prescription (based on your dosha)? * 📍 Nearby trusted Ayurvedic clinics in your city (if you're in Hyderabad)? Passing bright red blood after stool with gastric issues suggests active bleeding piles or a fissure. Since Arshoghani Vati and Pushyanug Churna haven’t fully helped, you may need a more targeted and intensive Ayurvedic approach: What You Can Do: Add Triphala at night to soften stool and avoid strain. Apply herbal ointment (like Jatyadi Taila or Pilex) after bowel movement. Take Kutaj Ghan Vati for gastric issues and bleeding control. Avoid spicy, oily, and heavy food, and drink warm water regularly. If the problem recurs monthly, the condition may be chronic. Kshara Karma or Ksharasutra therapy (non-surgical Ayurvedic treatments) can offer permanent relief. Please consult in person for a proper diagnosis and complete cure plan.
