You are having constipation due which fissure is occurring. It could be because of many reasons such as more of junk food , less of fibre in diet ,less water in the diet. Try to have more of fibre in the diet like more of fresh fruits and and vegetables. Avoid Maida , oily . fried and spicy food. Try to have papaya , spinach on a regular basis . Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water everyday.
