Dark stool due to ayurvedic medicines
I have been prescribed abhayarishta ashwagandharishta livogrit and thyrogrit medicines an ayurvedic practitioner for I have iron deficiency constipation throid issues and weight loss problems . Although my health has improved I do notice dark stool after taking these syrup. Is that normal?

Its normal nothing to worry because you are taking livogrit and liver start function good and then stool may dark . its normal don't worry.
