Is it safe to take Abhayarishta everyday for life time daily 5ml at bed time for constipation. Will there be any side effects in long time use?

The main ingredient of abhyarishta is" haritaki". It is Nitya savniya dravya meaning daily consumption itom. Yes you can have it .their is no any side effects . Your body may suffer from dryness just add 1spoon of gheen / coconut oil in empty stomach at morning once or twice a week.
