Yes you can but take it in small amount unless and until constipation resolves!
For post delivery constipation there are healthy alternatives like:soaked black raisins,isabgol
Also focus on your diet!
Don't eat everything as post delivery there is vata prakop and agni mandya(low digestive fire)
Hence take moong dal with roti only avoid rice,you can take daliya daily
have blend diet
Consult for proper diet plan
