Hi :-Please give proper history is she taking any kind of allopathy medicine for thyroid. :- if she is not taking any kind of medicine then only do these things. :- drink warm water empty stomach or warm water when ever she eat any thing :- avoid spicy and street food ,avoid non veg :- Her BP? Any history of hypertension, anxiety, diabetes
