Best way to take ghee on empty stomach
Hello Doctor, Which is the best way to take ghee(clarified butter) on empty stomach for maximum benefits?Should the ghee be warmed and taken with slightly hot water/should the ghee be directly taken with slightly hot water without warming it? How much ghee can be given to 5year old on empty stomach?

Take 3 tea spoons of ghee with milk. If the ghee is melted then it will mix with milk easily. So either melt the ghee or use hot milk and add ghee. It's better to take early in the morning after brushing. After taking ghee and milk don't eat any breakfast for 1.5 hrs For a 5 yr old child you can mix ghee with food. You can give upto 6 tea spoons per day

Hello Ma'am,no need to give ghee for your baby,U can give 5 drops of almonds oil with Lukewarm cow's milk at morning

Ghee is best absorbed when taken in empty stomach . You can mix with little warm milk or take it after making it Luke warm for best results.2.5 to 5ml can be given for 5 year old kids.

Hello, I will prefer ghee with warm milk empty stomach in the morning.for 5 yr 5 gm or 1 tea spoon is fine.
