Ghee & milk in acidity
I have been suffering from chronic gastritis and GERD since almost 1.5 years now and consulted allopathic and ayurvedic doctors for same with little relief. Please advise if like milk ghee is also to be avoided when symptoms are present . Will be consulting an Ayurveda anyway few weeks later. Till then please address the above concern.

Milk and ghee may increase the symptoms so avoid till the diasease is fully subside,but if utake cold milk at bed time may decreases the diasease.
Health Tips
avoid butter, salads, nonveg, spicy oilly food outside food also.

Ghee from cows milk usually don't cause issues. But ghee from buffalo milk may aggravate GERD issues. It will be better to alter food style or some simple modification on timings related to food.
