Ghee consumption
Is it okay to consume ghee...as there are many controversies to it...some say we should not consume any dairy product while some say that we should only consume ghee of desi cows and not of other cows

Ghee is certainly good for health.It has been named amongst the new superfoods. Best is desi cow ghee made at home.If not possible,u can even use buffalo milk ghee. Homemade ghee is certainly the best.

Home prepared ghee of desi cow is the best ghee which is useful in every way to our body. No harm , no side effects.

Yes, ghee is good for health. In ayurveda 8 types of ghee described and it's effects also different. For daily use cow's ghee is best but it should be make in proper way. There are many medicated ghee also available, according to our necessary we can use from that.
