Fatty liver and ghee
Hello I do have fatty liver can  I take ghee with milk at night as I wanted my stools to be soft to avoid fissure recurrence.

Avoid ghee  but I can take lukewarm milk at night.  For laxative u need to consultation  and mention proper other problems which u r facing

Don't take these as they can worsen your condition. You can take Triphala churna 1 tsp with warm water at night for 7-10 days and also can take longer.

As you are having Fatty Liver it is better to avoid ghee and milk . you may  take Triphala choorna It is better for fatty Liver and a Laxative too.

If you have fatty liver, it is better to avoid taking ghee... your grade of fatty liver and LFT values have to be assessed

Can you give your test results... first you have confirm its alcoholic or non alcoholic fatty liver... it will be good if you avoid ghee during this time if you elevated LFT... you can take other medications for soft bowel passing

Instead of ghee with milk.take boiled beetroot in your salad and take only warm milk at night for loose stool.
