Is it safe to use Deep Ayurveda Vigora M oil for erectile Dysfunction ? If so what should be the course duration for using the oil ?

Sir, Having problem of piles or fistula I donot know. Having three openings around anus and feel like some liquid discharge from the opening. Quite an old case. Kindly suggest medicine. Not having pain or blood discharge. Only itching sometimes.
