Cold and itchey throat
Dear sir/madam From last 4 days iam suffering from cold and from today iam suffering from itchy throat, I am taking steem 4 times a day, and started salt water gargling. I am drinking tulsi water and ginger-lemon-honey-turmoric kashayam. Should I need to continue the same or consult doctor?
